About
Hi, I’m TUG, and like many of you, I’ve been navigating the challenges of single life after a long, complex relationship. After an 18-year relationship with someone who was the love of my life, I found myself stepping away from the world of dating altogether. Instead, I chose a path of self-isolation to focus on spirituality, self-improvement, and education.
This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been deeply transformative. I’ve been learning so much about myself, what I truly want in a relationship, and how men and women communicate—or sometimes fail to connect. The hardest part? Understanding men’s communication styles and the constant misunderstandings that can arise from them, even in non-romantic contexts.
While I’m still not interested in dating right now, I’ve realized how important it is to bridge the communication gap between men and women. That’s where I come in. I want to be the voice that helps you—confused, well-meaning men—better understand how women think, feel, and express themselves.
Through this blog, I offer a woman’s perspective on dating, communication, and relationships, even as I continue to walk my own journey of growth and healing. My goal is to give you actionable advice on everything from building confidence and practicing proper etiquette, to understanding women’s responses and finding the right balance in your approach.
If you’re struggling to connect with women or simply want to improve how you communicate and navigate relationships, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work toward stronger, more meaningful connections—whether in love, friendships, or personal growth.
